OMG gurl I am in the same exact situation… I have anxiety attacks before track meets…& I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO EITHER!!!
I love track, butI hate going to track meets and stuff…it interferes with my talent and makes me look bad…
I am very misunderstood when I make up reasons why I cannot attend meets…I hate that feeling when my coach says track meet Saturday! It ruins my whole week, I become more and more nervous as the week wears on, I hate it sooo much…. I don’t know how to get over this, I can’t do it alone…I think anxiety is cured through professional help you know? Advice is great, but it doesn’t help that feeling….at all….geez…we have a meet Saturday and I feel terrible all over again girl….mannnnnnnnnnnnn…. I am so great at this, and yet I hate going…..
