How can I control my anxiety some days are worse than others?

My anxiety started in 2006 and it was really bad. I was calling the ambulance almost everyday. It was very stressful for me. Then it subsided in late 2006. Then it came back on again after I gave birth to my daughter in 2008. Since then I have been having really bad bouts of anxiety and I have called the ambulance 3 times since her birth.
